About software license back
You can use DBFree libraries and MaxScript freely, on any computer, for staging and for production use, including workstations, virtual machine and web server in a commercial organization.
You do not need to register or pay for libraries accompanying the DBFree original distribution and for the MaxScript interpreter.
You can sell or market the applications you made with or for DBFree and MaxScript, as long as you clearly state in your code and/or the product and its license that in no way or matter shall Maxsis and DBFree.org will be responsible for any defect or malfunctioning or elsewhere damage the product and its component may ever cause.
DBFree libraries, MaxScript (MAX Command Processor) code samples and the accompanying utilities are distributed in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
In all documentation and
whenever possible in your final products the name MaxScript (if
cited) should always be written in a single word with "M" and "S" uppercase,
the rest lowercase.
